Where: Begins and ends at Amana Middle School, 3023 220th Trail, Amana, IA 52307
Description: The course is a 2.6-mile Run followed by an 18.3-mile bike and finishing with another 2.6-mile Run. JMS Racing Service will once again be providing race set up, chip timing and results service. Individual or Team entries. The Team will consist of 2 Athletes, 1 runner and 1 biker. The Run portion circles around the scenic lake trail and the Bike route loops around the scenic Amana Colonies.

First summer of racing for me- enjoying it alot. Next year- Ragbrai!
This race is FIVE star, beginning to end. The organizers didnt miss much here. Good course for beginner or advanced. Super well organized in every detail. Very safe course with volunteers at EVERY turn. Very welcoming volunteers. Unusual awards – pies! Wish they were Amana made. Started with the Star Spangled Banner and it was very well done. This race will grow each year as the word gets out. If you run and want to bike – this is it. If you bike and want to run – this is it. Mark for next year. Not to be missed.
