Back to Basics Run

Saturday, August 27th, 2011, 9:00am

Where: All races begin on the town square and end at the same location, 1E. Franklin St., Bloomfield, Iowa 52537

 

Distances: 1 mile Youth run, 5k run/walk & 5 mile run/walk

Description: There are water stops, race entertainment and food following race.  Stollers welcome and all proceeds go back to Bloomfield City recreation projects.

    I ran this race last year and except for the weather delay, it was well organized and the course well marked!! Post race was fun, too!!

    We had 200 participants for our 1st Annual road race. It was a huge success and we look forward to an even bigger road race next year!
