Running my third one this weekend — grew up in LaSalle. The route starts with a downhill and only a small uphill at the end (which is difficult at that point, LOL). The path along the canal is gorgeous in early November, and the weather has so far been perfect for running (high 50s, low 60s). The small town hospitality (and snacks) at the end in Utica is the cherry on top!
I would like some information about this race. The registration form on-line says 2010 but it is advertised for 2011. If this race is 2011 I’d like to sign up! This would be my first 10K.
Awesome race. Nice, scenic course. Great food. Great time.
