Distance: 5 mile run and 3 mile walk/ run

Description: One loop out and back on mostly flat streets. Post-race activities to be held at the Riverfront YMCA. A meal will be served immediately following the race. The meal is free to all participants. All participants are encouraged to wear a costume. Judges will determine the winners before the race starts. Awards will follow the race. Description: One of the best family events of the season, Tour de Lights allows registered participants a private preview of Jolly Holiday Lights before the event is opened to the general public.  It’s a great excuse to get out of the house and benefits the Make-A-Wish Foundation’s efforts to grant wishes to Iowa children with life-threatening medical conditions.

There is a small entry fee per person. Children under three are free. You’ll also have the opportunity to raise money for Make-A-Wish Foundation by getting pledges from friends, family, co-workers and neighbors. Each participant that raises more in pledges could earn a long-sleeved Tour de Lights T-shirt or T-shirts can be pre-ordered.

Choose from walk/run routes of 1.5 or 3.5 miles or bike routes of 3.5 or 11 miles. Avid bikers will enjoy the 11 mile route that starts downtown and utilizes a trail to get you to Water Works Park.

Contests will be held for best decorated/lit bike, best pet costume and best human costume. Dogs allowed on leashes.

Description: Predict your running/ walking time. No watches or timing devices may be used by participants. Runners/ Walkers will compete against each other for the closest predicted time (+ or -). No splits will be given. Heated Club House open before, during and after the race. Awards ceremony held indoors.

Awards: The winner of each age division for male and female participants who most closely predict their time will be awarded a frozen turkey!

Where: City Park, Beverly Park, 37 Ave SW, Cedar Rapids, IA

Description: Events are entirely within Beverly Park on single track mountain bike trails.  Some sun, some shade.  3 mile course is on the “easiest” trails, 5 mile course has increased difficulty.

Description: Participant packets will be available for pick up 4-7pm Friday evening at the church. Participant Check in is at 6:30am Entry fees are $25 for the 5 and 3 mile run, $18 for the 3 mile walk and $15 for the 1 mile kids run Proceeds will go toward seminary tuition for David Wilkin and Josh Diella.

Description: This is the annual 3 mile fun run.  Check in is 7:00 to 7:30, and the race starts at 8:00.  Fee is $10 with a t-shirt and $3 without.  Awards are given to the top 3 male and female finishers.
