Join the crusade – the Celebrate Life Relay will spread awareness about organ and tissue donation as 54 runners cover a 315-mile course over 48 continuous hours, crossing the state of Iowa. The relay starts near the Missouri River and ends near the Mississippi River. Runners will travel through 39 towns, including Council Bluffs, Des Moines, Iowa City and Davenport.
