DOathlon for Life is Sunday, Sunday September 13, 2009 at Walnut Woods State Park located just southwest of Des Moines. DOathlon for Life is a duathlon: 5K run, followed by a 20K bike, followed by a 5K run.
The DOathlon for Life is a member of Central Iowa’s Flatland Multisport Series.
