Description: The 5K race will start at 8:30 AM and the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk at 9:30 AM. Ely Fall Fest Race Map
For the 5k Race, trophies will be awarded to the top male and female finishers and medals to top three finishers in each age division.
For the 1 Mile Fun Run/Walk, ribbons will be given to all participants under 12 and medals to top three finishers in each age division.
The course travels through the streets of Ely and is mostly flat with some gradual hills throughout the route. An awards ceremony will be held at 10:45 AM near the Ely Community Center. All registered runners will be eligible for door prizes that will be given out during the awards ceremony.
Registration: Ely Fall Fest Registration Race Day Registration will be from 6:30 – 7:45 AM. A t-shirt is included with the registration fee.

There was a low turn out for the race but the course was good and the well marked with course workers. This is a nice race for someone just starting out running. Alot of things to do before and after the race. Only downfall was The Especially For You race the next morning competed with the Ely race.
This was definitely a small town race. The number of people was low, but the organization was wonderful. You don’t see that often with the small crowd, so it was nice to see. I didn’t stay for the whole festival, but they had lots of activities advertised.
