Legend of the FallWhere: The race starts and finishes at Regina High School (2150 Rochester Ave) in Iowa City, Iowa

Description: Approximately a 5K cross country course through Hickory Hill Park. Expect steep hills, rocks, overhanging trees, creeks, mud, stumps, tall grass, and uneven terrain.

    I ran the race last year and it was a lot of fun. Even the tripping over a branch and falling down on the trail wasn’t so bad. I’m signing up again this year and hopefully recruiting some more thanksgiving day runners.
