LeMars Sprint Triathlon

Where: Start and finish at LeMars YMCA, LeMars, IA

Description: 300 yard swim at the LeMars 6 lane outdoor pool. 15 mile out and back bike on road C30. 5K run in a residential area. All transitions will take place in the outdoor pool parking lot (bikers using the north exit and runners to the west).
