Moonlight Chase

Where: Starts on N 2nd St. downtown Eldridge, IA

Description: The Moonlight Chase is Eastern Iowa’s most unique road race. The fun run is held on the streets of Eldridge with the entire 4-mile course lined with luminaries. The evening includes 1/4 mile and 1-mile runs for kids, as well as the 4-mile competition. The Moonlight Chase is the pinnacle event to the Eldridge Festival.

    Great Race, great fun!. Well organized. Great post race. Chipped timing makes it fun. Instant results. Tons of cheering from the community!!

    The 2010 race was great– the course feels like a big neighborhood party. Most residents of Eldridge sit on their decorated lawns to cheer you on. Post race beer and bomb pops are tops. Looking forward to it on Saturday
