Flat -like NO hills- at all, with a fine limestone surface. Easy on the feet and joints and fast. Cost - a bargain at $20 with a tech-shirt. Great support from Iowa DNR. good post party and well organized race. Suggested improvement would be the National Anthem. Age brackets now include 70 + with 10 year spaces..
