Where: Rustic Park in Lost Nation, Iowa

Distance: 1 Mile at 7:40am and 4 Mile at 8:00 am

Description: Both courses start and finish at Rustic Park in Lost Nation. The four mile is a loop of pavement and gravel with some challenging hills. The one mile course is entirely in town.
