Shed Your Threads Run Walk

Where: Pony Hollow Trail in Elkader, Iowa. (map)

Distance: 10K/ 5K Run and Walk

Description: Shed Your Threads is a 5K and 10K run/walk. We will be running on Pony Hollow Trail, a beautiful groomed trail that follows the Turkey River and Pony Hollow Creek. This trail is maintained by Clayton County Conservation. It is VERY flat and nicely shaded.
This year we are planning on adding a kid’s fun run. Still working out the details but this will be held on the exercise trail that goes around the softball fields also located at the City Park.  So, bring your kids along to run and then participate in Sweet Corn Days in downtown Elkader.
