We are committed to making this Central Iowa’s premier 5K road race. The 5K run will precede the Sweet Corn Festival’s Parade and Festival. Last year, the combined event drew more than 10,000 people! The last half mile of the 5K will be run on the parade route in front of thousands of spectators. The Sweet Corn Festival 5K is open to all runners and walkers.

This is a well-organized run that runs through the streets of Adel. It’s usually HOT, so hydrate. And be prepared for the sweet corn. All you can eat. Delish!
