COURSE: Out and back course starting at Gold’s Gym. South on Uica Ridge Rd., east on Crow Creek Road several blocks past 18th St. Then back to Gold’s Gym. Scenic neighborhood streets with moderate hills on Crow Creek Rd.
GOLD’S GYM PERKS: Parking, restrooms, showers, free towel service, free child care from 7:30-9:30am.
POST RACE PARTY: In Gold’s Gym parking lot. Food, Refreshments, Music and giveaways.
