Where: Race starts at City Hall, 112 W. Call Street, Algona, IA

Description: Both 5K and 10K routes begin and end at City Hall.  Both are extremely flat and run entirely within the city limits.

    Ran the 07 version of the 10k. After 30+ years of running, it was bound to happen sooner or later and I missed the start by about 8 minutes. I can’t believe it! The course was well marked, course marshals were friendly and helpful. Results were fast coming and they handed out great drawing prizes. I ran the first version of this that went out to Call State Park. It was good coming home and seeing that they are still putting on a race.
