Where: Waukon Wellness Center: 1220 3rd Ave NW, Waukon, IA 52172

The race begins with a 5k run, which starts in the South parking lot of the Waukon Wellness Center.  This run will take you through residential Waukon, there are a few hills, but overall this should be a fun run.  There will be water stations at every mile.

After the run, you will either get on your bike or touch the next member of your team at the relay station.  The 10k bike ride takes you on blacktop West of Waukon. The bike is an out and back this year.  You will ride out to 367 Old Highway 9 (out 3.1 miles) and turn around to come right back to the Waukon Wellness Center.

There, you will either start your 3k run or touch the next member of your team at the relay station.  The run takes you on part of the 5k route and ends again at the Waukon Wellness Center.  There will be water stations at every mile.
