Courses:
- Four Mile Run: Two loops on paved and primarily flat streets as well as on the paved scenic Discovery Trail. Race begins at 8:00 am
- Health Walk: One loop on primarily flat streets as well as on the Discovery Trail. Walk begins at 8:00 am.
Awards and Prizes:
- Trophies will be given to 1st, 2nd and 3rd over all race winners. Medals will be awarded to 1st, 2nd and 3rd in each division of the run.
- Door prizes and refreshments will be available thanks to the generosity of area businesses. Must be present to receive door prizes.
Facilities:
- All race participants are welcome to use the YWCA or YMCA showers, pool, fitness center, sauna and hot tub after the race. The YWCA is located at 317 7th Avenue South in Clinton. The YMCA is located at 1401 12th Avenue North in Clinton.
